• To train staff on various methods and interventions in order to help clients maximize their growth and potential.
• To teach clients on how to improve on independent living skills.
• To educate the community of a new source to help aide those that are in need.

LEARN

• To specialize in meeting the clients at their point of need and help them through difficult periods of life.
• To help the clients learn how to attain their ultimate purpose.
• To identify various community resources to assist the population we service.

DISCOVER

• To uncover hidden potential within our staff in order for them to effectively assist the population that we serve.

• To discover the issues that our clientele face internally and assist them in overcoming those issues through self-motivation and support.

• To identify other community agencies in order to provide wrap around services to meet the client’s needs.
