Program has been serving clients since Fall 2017. Our services provide a structured program for two or more consecutive hours per day for adults 18 years of age and above with a DSM
5 diagnosis in a non-residential group setting. This service provides education to teach individuals about mental illness, substance abuse, and appropriate medication maintenance skills to avoid complication and relapse. Individuals are provided with opportunities to learn and use independent skills to enhance social and interpersonal skills within a consistent program structure and environment.

Individuals interested in services must possess accepted insurance carriers and meet the following eligibility criteria:
Must MEET TWO of the following criteria:
✓ Have problems with maintaining interpersonal risk and at risk of hospitalization, homelessness, or isolation.
✓ Needs assistance with activities of daily living
✓ Has experienced repeated interventions
✓ Have difficulties with cognitive abilities or significant inappropriate social behavior.
Must MEET ONE of the following criteria:
✓ Have experienced long-term or repeated psychiatric hospitalizations;
✓ Experienced difficulty in activities of daily living and interpersonal skills
✓ Have a limited or non-existent support system;
✓ Be unable to function in the community without extensive intervention
✓ Require long-term services to be maintained in the community
